Big-WHAT???

Recently I discovered Watership Down series, and I love it! I do, however, agree with everyone, who say that the third season was the worst, since the artistic style changed dramatically. 
It's not like I'm against artistic changes(like in the new reboot of Xiaolin Showdown where everyone(well, almost everyone ) is depicted older; but why on Earth did WD had to change their color palettes??? I can't look at Bigwig the same now that he has green eyes and that light-brown hair-beard-fur thingie...

Also, there's another thing I don't quite understand - rabbits don't know anything about humans, including the names of their inventions, so how the hell do they know what a "wig" is??? Why is Bigwig called Bigwig and not Furhead like in the novel? Okay, that would sound a bit insensitive, but it'd make more sense. Because in my headcannon the fact that his name has "wig" in it and that he has the most absurd hair piece of all rabbits simply mean that Bigie is a regular toupée wearer, and since he's big and violent no rabbit has dared to point out how ridiculous that thing looks

By the way I also like Dandelion and Hawkbit - those two are hilarious together, and I imagine they pull pranks on Bigwig all the time, like that time in third season when they sealed him in his burrow. Sure, they could have easily killed their Owsla captain by suffocation, but that still was funny nontheless XD
